Incident WE02_13th May,2020
Mr Vikas is the proud owner of an Eicher Pro 3015 truck, which he uses as a regular day truck. Full of vegetables, the truck was scheduled for an urgent delivery to Gujrat by early morning of 16th May, 2020. But an unexpected mishap happened – two tyres of his truck burst simultaneously.
In a fairly isolated location without any tyre shops nearby, Mr Vikas was worried about the shipment getting delayed and the expense that he would incur for the tyres. Due to the lockdown, no transport was visible either. But some relief awaited Mr.Vikas as he got to know about WheelsEye and posted a complaint at 5:29 PM.
Mr Vikas received a quick reply within 10 minutes of his complaint. After understanding the requirement, we connected him to the Kolhapur CEAT tyres stock point by 5:45 PM.
With the predefined negotiated price of WheelsEye, a deal for two tyres was closed with Ceat Kolhapur. By 6:40pm, the tyres were ready to be shipped from a local Ceat dealer in Satara District. They were loaded to a transport vehicle which reached the truck of Mr.Vikas by 7:30 PM.
Mr Vikas was able to reach his destination on time. He appreciated the work put in by WheelsEye and promised to be a keen customer in future. He left us with a quote: “aap humre sacche sathi ho”.
