What is Relay? How to use it?

Relay is an additional device which provides you access to stop your vehicle from your mobile app only.
If you have already install relay with GPS device than please follow below steps
Step1:- Open your operator app and go to the GPS section
Step2:- Tap on particular vehicle than go to the “Cantrol”
Step3:- Here you can see relay option (Symbol of hand), Tap on this symbol
Step4:- After that you will get one warning whee you need to tap on “Yes”

What is Parking Lock?

A parking lock is a safety feature of our GPS device. If a parking lock service is activated from a mobile application and someone tries to move your vehicle out of a 500 Mtr radius, then it will create an alarm on your mobile phone.

What is Geofencing?

By this feature, you can add different locations on your route so that you can get a notification once your vehicle enters that area.

What is my registered number?

The Mobile Number which you had provided to us at the time of GPS registration is your registered mobile number.

What is a low network and how to get rid of it?

GPS have a sim inside it which helps in fetching the location of the vehicle. If the vehicle is in a low network area, sim doesn’t work. Therefore take the vehicle to 3-4 km distant location and you will start seeing the location with updated time.

What is a wire cut and how to get rid of it?

GPS need charging to remain active which it takes from truck battery. Wire cuts can be due to various reasons – truck battery not charged due to standing at the same location for some time or the battery removed from truck or GPS removed from truck. Please ensure that your vehicle is not under maintenance or standing at the same location for some time.

What does time on a vehicle card mean?

This is the timestamp of the last location received from GPS. The updated time could differ from current time because of vehicle in low network or due to wire cut.

How to update location of vehicle in app and how to raise ticket for No Info (Wire cut)?

Step1:- Open your operator app and go to the GPS section.
Step2:- Tap on that vehicle which is not showing current location due to Wire Cut.
Step3:- You can see one question on the top corner “wire cut, is this vehicle in maintenance?”Tap on “Yes” if the vehicle is in maintenance else tap on “No, Raise Ticket”.
Step4:- Now, fill the required fields such as Driver Name, Driver Number, Vehicle Location, Availability State and available time slot.
Step5:- Finally Tap on “Submit”

Step5:- Finally Tap on “Submit”.

My GPS is showing No Info. What should I do?

This can happen because of a low network, if this situation remains the same for more than 12 hrs then you can raise a ticket  from the operator app. For location update follow the below steps –

Step1:- Open your operator app and go to the GPS section.
Step2:- Tap on that vehicle which is not showing current location due to Network Issue.
Step3:- Tap on the “Raise Ticket” option which is showing on the top right corner of the screen.
Step4:-  Now, fill the required fields such as Driver Name, Driver Number, Vehicle Location, Availability State and available time slot.
Step5:- Finally Tap on “Submit”.

How to change the registered mobile number?

If you are using only GPS service than you can change it directly from your operator app, follow the below steps –

Step1:- Open your operator app and tap on “Dashboard” which is showing on top left corner of the app.
Step2:- Tap on “Support” option
Step3:- Tap on “Change mobile number” then enter your current register mobile number
Step4:- Validate the OTP which you have received on your register number
Step5:- After successfully verification, you can enter a new mobile number than tap on submit

I raised a ticket for an installer visit. What will happen next?

It will resolved on your given availability time or maximum of 72 hrs from the time of ticket creation

App Features Related

Why is the vehicle location not updating in my app?

It could happen because of a low network. If your vehicle is moving in such an area where the network is very weak, then your vehicle may not update current location. If this situation remains the same for more than 3 hrs, please contact our 9990033455 helpline number.

How to login to my app?

Please follow the below steps
Step1:- Go to the Google play store and download the wheelseye App
Step2:- For first time login, you need to select language and tap on “Next”
Step3:- You will get some advertisement related to the features tap on the next on each advertisement.
Step4:- Now, You can see a login page, enter your register mobile number and password received from the Wheesleye.

How to turn on/off the notifications?

Login your operator app and go to the Dashboard option that is showing on the top left corner of the app. After that tap on “Settings”, where you can on/off the notification.

I have forgotten my password. What should I do?

You can recreate your password from your operator app itself, follow the below steps –

Step1:- Open your operator app and come to the login screen.
Step2:- Tap on “Forgot Password” or you can tap on “Login with OTP” option
Step3:- Enter your registered mobile number then tap on “Next” which is showing at bottom of the screen.
Step4:- Now, enter the four digit OTP which is received on your registered mobile number. (Always Remember that tis OTP can be received only on registered mobile number)
Step5:- After successfully verifying you can see two more options “New Password” and “confirm Password”, you can enter a new password here as per your choice.

What is the meaning of “Km run”?

What – how much distance your vehicle covered yesterday, last 7 days, last 30 days, between custom dates
When – to see truck utilisation over a period of time, to pay the driver on km basis, to keep tab on whether vehicle travelling sufficient km in a day while on trip, to give shipper a bill on kilometer basis

What is the meaning of “Itinerary”?

What – see all the halt points and rest time taken by driver over a period of time
When – to make sure if driver is not taking unnecessary stoppage while on trip, to share itinerary with police if vehicle is stolen, to make sure that driver doesn’t stop at home on his way.

How to renew my subscription?

You can pay your subscription directly from mobile application, please follow below steps
Step1:- Open your operator app and go to the GPS section
Step2:- Tap on the payment option that is reflecting at the bottom right corner on the the app
Step3:- Tap on renewal payment and select the vehicle (In case of multiple vehicle)
Step4:- Tap on “Pay” option and select the suitable payment mode
